By signing up or using this application, you understand and agree that DokDok, Inc., its parent company, Return Path, Inc. and their affiliates (collectively “Context.IO Providers”), who provide Context.IO, will have access to your information and will be permitted to use that information in accordance with Return Path’s Privacy Policy. In connection with TurboTarget’s processing of personal data it receives from the EU (“EU Data”), TurboTarget adheres to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework Principles issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce (the “Principles”). If TurboTarget shares EU data with a third-party service provider that processes the data solely on TurboTarget’s behalf, then Company will be liable for that third party’s processing of EU Data in violation of the Principles, unless can prove that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
